Yes. We offer flexible arrivals for all bookings. Let us know your arrival time in advance and we will prepare everything so your check-in feels smooth, even late at night.

Yes, luggage storage is available at no extra charge. Just message us ahead of time and we will arrange a convenient handover.

You can book directly with us by WhatsApp or email, or use Booking.com and Airbnb. We always recommend direct contact for clearer communication and sometimes better rates.

Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival are fully free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for one night. Always check the final policy shown at the time of booking.

A card may be required to secure the booking, but charges are only taken if the cancellation policy applies. Payment is usually settled on arrival or according to the booking platform terms.

Breakfast is not automatically included in the room rate, but it can be arranged on request. Ask us in advance and we will confirm what is available.

Yes. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is complimentary for all guests. It is suitable for remote work, video calls, and streaming.

We do not have a private car park, but street parking is available nearby. The city centre is very walkable, and many guests stay comfortably without a car.

Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms or interior common areas. The property is run as a non-smoking interior.

Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome, and we can arrange a cot for infants at no extra cost if you let us know in advance.

We are unable to accommodate pets at this time because of the current setup of the boutique hotel.

Trannit Stays is right in the centre of Prishtina, within walking distance of Mother Teresa Boulevard, the NEWBORN monument, the National Library, the Cathedral, and many of the city's cafes and restaurants.

The airport is about 18 km from the property. A taxi usually costs around €20-25 and takes roughly 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. Buses and ride-share options are also available.

We accept cash in EUR and local currency. Card payments can be discussed on arrival, while Booking.com and Airbnb payments follow their own terms.
